OUR CO-FOUNDERS

Meet Julia & Mark.

Together they co-founded outbloom following long tenures at digital agencies. Having worked together across multiple clients, they believed there was a better way to activate performance media. All too often, they saw clients not performing at their potential due to a lack of training, inexperienced teams, and layers of internal politics. 

outbloom was created as a simple solution for brands who want to get the best out of their performance media from small, highly experienced teams. You won’t find layers of dispersed teams whilst paying a bottom-loaded fee to work solely with juniors. When you work with us, from strategy to activation you will be working with director-level consultants, providing transparency, outstanding attention to detail, and complete honesty.

Our Purpose

THE Past

Julia & Mark co-founded outbloom as a viable solution to problems that brands and agencies face in modern digital marketing. After working agency-side for over 10 years, developing teams, and working with some of the biggest brands in the world, they both saw solutions to problems that large businesses can’t be agile enough to solve. 

Having both worked in director-level roles, they saw that internal politics, lack of training, and team churn lead to missed opportunities for clients. outbloom has been born out of true dedication to doing the right thing and achieving the best results possible for our clients. 

The co-founders met at their previous agency, where Julia opened the first regional UK office outside of London, growing the client roster and the team with a focus on resourcing and new business. Mark oversaw all Performance Media channels and teams, owning client relationships, strategy and activation in addition to team training and development. 

THE Future

outbloom believes that clients should always be given the best in the business. That’s why they only provide director-level and above consultant-led support to brands and agencies. 

The typical agency model means that brands will work frequently with junior marketers, and whilst we’ve all had to start somewhere, it means that mistakes are more frequent, longer TATs, and limited problem-solving experience. With outbloom, you can expect your own consultant-led team who will work strategically with you and activate your media
